		<description>No, they pretty much just yank it out and throw some stitches in the gums where the teeth were, which would be the main point of worry/concern following an extraction (that and dry socket -- what happens when the stitches get pulled and your empty tooth socket...erg.)
I&#039;ve had to get my wisdom teeth (all of them) pulled, and a few way in the back due to my incredible toothbrushing technique. I&#039;ve seen people with no partial (dentures) that are missing the entire row of back teeth on one side of the gums.
It may get some getting used to, but the missing teeth are gone, and considering how much a crown costs...

		<description>Don&#039;t worry about it; the holes will eventually fill in completely.  I got my wisdom teeth out half a year ago and  the holes are just about healed completely (i asked my dentist the exact same question).</description>
