Can Crest Spin Brush Make My Teeth Hurt?

Ok so I see my dentist regularly for cleanings and stuff. I’ve used the crest spin brush for 2 weeks now and I noticed that my back teeth are feeling a bit tender… Is it cuz they are being regularly cleaned? I usually manually brush twice every couple days. When I use the spin brush I don’t use it for the 2 mins cuz I feel as if it’s clean after a min or so of brushing.
