Is A Manual Toothbrush Ok For Braces If I Floss And Use Listerine?

I brush after every meal and after eating foods like ice cream or nuts or candy or anything. I use a regular non electric toothbrush. I use super floss every night once a night for flossing. And finally I use Listerine every morning and every night. I don’t have any real problems with my teeth,but I’m wondering if I should get one of those sonicare things that everyone, including my dentist has been recommending.
