What Happens If I Use Crest Strips More Than Twice A Day?

On the box it says, use twice a day for 30 minutes.
I need to get whiter teeth ASAP though, so what will
happen if i use them 5 times instead?

    Nothing majorly bad, but your teeth will start to hurt around the third strip you use, and they’ll continue to hurt and be sensitive for a day or two. If you use Sensodyne toothpaste between each strip you should be fine.

    It’s not going to happen fast, it can take up to 40 days and using it extra is not going to help. If you expose your teeth to the chemicals more than instructed you can develop enamel issues, and extreme sensitivity to hot and cold items. Talk to your dentist about getting them bleached if the must be white fast, it will be expensive, but worth it.

    Won’t speed up your results. And you’ll just have increased sensitivity.
