What Is The Best Method For Whitening Teeth?

What are the best products to remove cigarrete and coffee stains? I get loads of diff products in boots but I bet loads of them are rip offs?

    products like crest white strips work fairly quickly, but they only whiten the first 6-8 teeth on the upper and bottom of your mouth. if you are looking for a quick fix and arent really concerned about the back teeth this is fine but if you want to whiten all of your teeth to make it look more natural there are 2 main routes you can take.
    1) you can get laser whitening (ZOOM whitening). This is when your dentist sits you down and uses light to whiten your teeth, this gives you full range over your teeth and is fairly quick to do but it does cost a bit more.
    2) this method is a bit more cost effective but takes a bit longer. see your dentist about whitening trays. they will make specific trays molded to your teeth. then they will give you a whitening gel to fill the trays with and you just put them in at night. this method gives you an even whitening over all your teeth. front and back

    I used Rembrandt as it’s the best tooth whitener. If that doesn’t work then bleach them, you don’t have to go to the dentist as the Zoom system is really expensive. Try the links below.

    Getting you teeth whiten at a good dentist is probably the best way to go. as there you can get a professional opinion.
    I also use teeth whitening tips!
    they work well for me.
    ooh and of course brushing always helps :)

    Crest white strips work amazingly well, they can be purchased at a store or they have higher strength ones avalible at your dentist’s office. Listerine whitening mouthwash works well too, but if your looking into removing serious stains you could probably just go to your dentist for professional whitening.
