Yes Vinegar helps. Apple cider vinegar can be used for teeth whitening, simply use it as a gargle diluted in a glass of water or add a few drops to your toothbrush and top it with toothpaste and brush . Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Wet your toothbrush with the hydrogen peroxide, then dip the brush bristles into baking soda & brush. Tastes nasty, but it’s the most effective – cost-wise and results-wise as anything else out there. Baking soda alone just polishes the teeth – it’s the hydrogen peroxide that does the whitening. Don’t use more than once a day, and rinse well afterwards.

You don´t have to go to the dentist to whiten your teeth. A lot of companies offer good products to do this at home and many are not that expensive. Some even offer free trials so you really don´t have anything to lose. I don´t think you will get any good or long term results with toothpaste with 2 drops of vinegar.

You could try vinegar in toothpaste but you won’t get dramatic results. But it’s inexpensive. So is baking soda but I’ve used baking soda by itself and in various toothpastes and they don’t really whiten teeth too much. Or at least not mine. The best thing I have found and am currently using is Crest Advanced Seal Whitening Strips. You get two weeks worth for around 44.00. That still is much cheaper than going to a dentist. And the best part is that it really works! I love them. They stick very well to your teeth (they come with an adhesive built into the strip) and I saw results after 3 or 4 days. I’m on my second box and am really well pleased with the results. Hope this helps.
